RETURN POLICY Eligible items priced below £10,000 can be returned within 30 days for either a full store credit or a refund to the original payment method, minus a recycling fee. Items priced above £10,000 are eligible for return within 30 days exclusively for full store credit.

All returns must be in original condition, including packaging and complete original documentation.

RECYCLING FEE: Per our sustainability commitment, returned items undergo diamond removal and metal recycling. The recycling fee is waived if you opt for full store credit (via YOU & ME DIAMONDS gift card). Gift cards have no expiry and are valid on all in-store and online items.

• We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and prepaid return shipping label.

• Package and ship your item using the provided label. Free return shipping is included.

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days upon receipt of the return.

RESIZES COMPLIMENTARY RESIZING We offer one complimentary resize service up to one full US size (equivalent to two UK/EU sizes), adjustable by quarter, half, or full increments.
