These terms and conditions apply to the YOU & ME DIAMONDS LTD website located at https://youme.london and all associated websites linked to it by YOU & ME DIAMONDS LTD, its subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, the "Site"). Please carefully read these terms and conditions ("Terms") before using our Site. By accessing or using the Site, browsing products, or placing orders, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our Site.

COMMERCIAL CONTRACT Orders placed within the United Kingdom, European Union, Norway, and Switzerland form a commercial contract with YOU & ME DIAMONDS LTD, which has its registered office in the United Kingdom.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE: One complimentary gift per customer per promotional period, excluding gift card purchases. Gift metal colour and length cannot be selected and cannot be exchanged, returned, or replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Complimentary gifts are not covered by our warranty.

If purchased items are returned and the remaining purchase falls below the minimum spend (£1000), the gift must also be returned or its retail value (£250) will be deducted from your return credit.

YOU & ME DIAMONDS LTD reserves the right to refuse gifts in cases of fraud or misuse. Terms can change without notice. Additional restrictions apply. Promotions run for specified periods only.

PROMOTION CODES Codes must be entered at checkout, cannot be retroactively applied, and can be used once per customer. Terms can change without notice, and other restrictions apply.

CHANGE OF TERMS We reserve the right to modify Terms and policies at any time. Continued Site use indicates acceptance of changes. Review Terms regularly to stay informed.

SITE CONTENT Site materials (including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, data, and software) are owned by YOU & ME DIAMONDS LTD or licensors and protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Materials are available for personal, non-commercial use only.

TRADEMARKS YOU & ME DIAMONDS LTD and related logos are trademarks and cannot be used without prior written permission. No hidden text or metatags using our trademarks is permitted without consent.

USE OF SITE Personal, limited, non-commercial use license granted. Commercial use, data extraction, modification, or unauthorized use terminates this license and may breach applicable laws.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Orders are subject to stock availability. Occasionally orders may be cancelled post-confirmation due to product unavailability. You will be notified of cancellations without penalty.

PRICING We aim for accurate pricing but reserve the right to correct errors. Incorrect pricing does not bind YOU & ME DIAMONDS LTD, and corrections or order cancellations may occur if errors are identified.

UK and EU prices include VAT. Final total prices including taxes and fees will display clearly at checkout. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

PAYMENT We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, Klarna invoices, direct debit, and bank transfer options. By providing payment details, you authorize us and third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

YOUR ACCOUNT You must maintain confidentiality and secure access to your account. You & ME DIAMONDS LTD reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, edit content, or cancel orders.

TITLE PASSAGE Title transfers to the buyer once delivered to the designated address.

DELIVERY SIGNATURE All items are insured and require an adult signature upon delivery for items valued over £500. Deliveries only to physical addresses (no PO Boxes).

RETURNS Please review our return policy here.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS (UK & EU) Orders from the UK and EU can be cancelled within 14 days without reason. Notify cancellations to contact@youme.london. We offer an extended 30-day return period beyond statutory cancellation rights.

DIAMOND CERTIFICATES Loose diamonds include grading reports, which must accompany returned diamonds. A replacement fee (£150) applies if reports are not returned.

COMPARISON PURCHASING Not permitted. Contact us directly for product quality inquiries to prevent unnecessary inventory management costs.

INFORMATION ACCURACY We aim for accurate information; however, errors may occur. Information provided does not constitute binding agreements. If incorrect pricing or product details lead to orders, cancellation or price adjustments may apply.

PRIVACY POLICY Review our Privacy Policy detailing our data collection and usage practices.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All feedback, submissions, or social media interactions become the property of YOU & ME DIAMONDS LTD, usable without compensation.
